Pricing

The pricing of Confexsys follows two fundamental lines:

• Initially, to set up the infrastructure and services in accordance with your requirements (configuration of database, design adaptations, integrations, set up hosting) we charge a basic fee

• The second charge is volume based and relates to a per-participant fee

For the organiser, this structure provides a clear and transparent picture of the costs associated with the use of Confexsys' systems.

Thanks to the built-in collaboration features, i.e. the electronic mass messaging and paperless publishing processes, organisers will incur no additional expenses and save a significant amount of money in comparison to a conventionally organised event.
